Can I pause between seasons?
Yes. Seasonal teams can downgrade to Free in the off-season and pick their plan back up before the next hiring wave — your flows, records, and history stay put.
What counts as an employee vs. a hire?
Employees are the people currently on your team. Hires are people moving through onboarding — and they're unlimited on every paid plan, because punishing you for hiring is exactly what we set out not to do.
Do managers and mentors take up seats?
There are no seats. Your whole team — owners, managers, mentors, and hires — is covered by one flat price.
Is there a setup fee?
No. No setup fee, no onboarding package, no per-envelope signature fees. Most teams publish their first flow in about 30 minutes.
What does annual billing save?
Two months. Pay for ten, get twelve.
Do I need Google Workspace?
No — provisioning is optional. If you do use Google Workspace, Corkboard creates company email accounts automatically. (Google's own per-user fee is billed by Google, not us.)
